Purpose and legal basis of processing
Purpose: to learn in advance about the needs, goals and relevant circumstances of a person interested in 1:1 online coaching, to make contact, and to prepare and personalize the coaching service.
Legal basis: the processing is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at the data subject’s request prior to entering into a contract. Processing of the special category data concerning injury history is additionally governed by the section below.
Special category data — injury history
The answer given to the injury-history question qualifies as health data, and therefore as special category personal data under GDPR Article 9(1).
Processing this data requires, in addition to the legal basis above, explicit consent under GDPR Article 9(2)(a). The data subject gives this consent by ticking the checkbox placed next to the injury-history field.
Use of a data processor
To operate the application questionnaire, the data controller uses a data processor: Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative. The purpose of this processing is the technical operation of the questionnaire and the transmission of the personal data submitted through it to the data controller.
Detailed and up-to-date information about Web3Forms’ own processing, and the further sub-processors it uses, is available in Web3Forms’ current data-protection documents (Web3Forms privacy notice: web3forms.com/privacy; data processing agreement: web3forms.com/dpa).
Web3Creative is based in India, so personal data may also be processed in a third country outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers outside the EEA take place under Web3Forms’ data processing agreement, based on the Standard Contractual Clauses under European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914.
Beyond the above, the data controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except where required by law or necessary for the data controller to comply with a legal obligation.
Data retention period
Where a coaching services contract is formed between the parties, the data controller processes the personal data provided in the questionnaire for the duration of that contractual relationship. Where no contract is formed following submission of the questionnaire, the data controller processes the personal data for no more than 6 months from the date of submission.
The data controller processes personal data relating to injury history until consent is withdrawn, but no later than the end of the retention period set out above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Data subject rights
The data subject has the right to:
- request access to their processed data,
- request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
- withdraw consent in respect of data processed on the basis of consent,
- exercise their right to data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu),
- turn to a court if their rights have been infringed.
To exercise these rights, the data subject may contact the data controller at the email address given in the “Data controller” section above.

This Privacy Notice takes effect on 27 August 2026.
The data controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice.
